I have had the tea pod holder for over a year and it works fine in my Supreme model coffee maker.It fits in correctly and makes a consistent cup of tea every time.The Pickwick pods use the 2 cup button with only one pod which is nice. It is a hassle running an empty cup of water through every time to get the coffee flavor out of the tea but there really is no other choice other then using a tea bag.
If your holder doesn't fit it is defective or the wrong model and should be returned.
